Während in Europa die Flexibilisierung des Arbeitsmarktes als Allheilmittel gegen die asiatische Konkurrenz angepriesen wird, sehen sich in China etwa 300 Millionen Wanderarbeiter mit Arbeitsplätzen konfrontiert, die wenig oder keine soziale Absicherung bieten.
